Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship to Warehouse
Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our returns department; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
